They are very helpful and available to answer any questions regarding billing issues and/or braces information. My daughters smile has improved drastically! We only have a year left left on her braces and Novus Ortho has made the process very smooth and simple. I would definitely recommend!

This location is very clean. There are plenty of seats in the waiting area. Easy to set up opponents.The staff are very friendly and answers any questions I may have. When my child’s opponent is done the staff always explains of how the process is going. Definitely recommend.

I have had 3 kids get braces here and it has been nothing but great from the start. Not only is the staff always available to help in anyway they can but there is never a wait. My kids have felt comfortable here with the staff as everyone is so kind. 10 out of 10!

The staff here is great and they are so good with my son! The office manager is the nicest human I’ve ever encountered. We will definitely be using them for all of our orthodontic needs! And his teeth look amazing and his little brother and sister will be getting his braces or aligners here if need be as well!!! Great orthodontist and staff.
